Christine A. Sofie
Dr. Sofie earned a B.S. in speech pathology and audiology from West Virginia University in 1994 and an M.A. in audiology from The George Washington University in 1995. She earned her doctorate degree in audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2004. Dr. Sofie is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology; a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and a professional member of the Hearing Loss Association of America.

Dr. Sofie joined Otolaryngology Associates, our affiliated ear, nose and throat medical and surgical practice, in 1995 as a clinical fellow. Upon completion of her fellowship year, she joined our practice as a full-time audiologist in the Reston office where she continues to provide a full range of diagnostic and rehabilitative services. As a member of Advanced Hearing Services, Dr. Sofie fits hearing aids and other assisted listening devices to patients ranging in age from newborns to geriatrics.

Dr. Sofie is also the audiologist for the Cranio-Facial Rehabilitation Team at the Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children.
