Hilmarie Tran joined Otolaryngology Associates and Advanced Hearing Services in May 2025 as an audiology extern from Gallaudet University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from George Mason University (2005), completed the Hearing and Speech in the Evening (HESPIE) post-baccalaureate program at the University of Maryland, College Park (2022), and earned a non-clinical Master of Science in Hearing, Speech, and Language Sciences (2025). Hilmarie has completed clinical rotations at Children’s National Northern Virginia in Fairfax, VA; the George Washington University Speech and Hearing Center in Washington, D.C.; and Potomac Audiology in Rockville, MD. Her clinical interests include diagnostic audiology, cochlear implants, vestibular audiology, and auditory processing disorder. She enjoys serving the pediatric and adult populations. Before entering the audiology field, Hilmarie spent 15 years providing administrative support to the Office of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E) as a Department of Defense contractor. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and their two young children.
